You can have an unlimited amount of users in your company. To invite a new user you only need their e-mail address. If they already have an IXON account, they'll receive a company invite by e-mail. If they don't yet have an IXON account, the invite will automatically direct to a registration page first, before being added to your company.
Required permission
You require the permission "Manage users". Without it, the [Users] menu will not be visible.You can invite a user to your company, but you can also immediately give a user access to a specific device by inviting the user to a device instead. You can revoke or expand this access at a later time.
Invite a user to your company
When you invite a user to a company, you will have the option to grant specific permissions as to what the new user can see and do. You can choose to only grant them access to specific devices or device categories, after the invite's been sent, or to immediately grant them "access to all devices". Permissions and access can always later be changed.
- Go to [Users] in the main menu
and press the [Invite users] button

- Enter the e-mail addressof the new user, select the relevant permissions, and press [Invite]

Invite a user to a single device
You invite a user to a single device if that person only needs access to a specific device. You will have the option to grant specific permissions as to what the new user can see and do. Permissions and access can always later be changed.
Permission "access to all devices"
"Access to all devices" overrules a user's access to a specific device or category, thus granting them access to all devices in your company.- Go to [Devices] in the main menu, press [∙∙∙] at the concerning device, and select [Invite].
- Enter the e-mail addressof the new user, select relevant permissions, and press [Invite].
